Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days typically ship same day. All other orders ship the next business day.

What's On The Outside

The return address on your package will show a generic LLC name — not SOLOLAD. The label has your name and address. Nothing else.

We'll never include a branded packing slip or invoice inside the box. If you need an invoice for your records, you can download one from your order confirmation email.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. The carrier tracking page will show the shipment weight and box dimensions — but not the contents.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap — if you're outside the US, drop us a line at sololad@polsia.app and we'll keep you updated.
