30-Day Returns

If it's not right, send it back. Simple as that. We stand behind everything on this site.

The short version: Unused, sealed items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Defective products are replaced at no cost — no questions, no drama.

What's Eligible

  • Unused, sealed items — full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged products — free replacement or full refund, no return required
  • Wrong item shipped — we cover return shipping and send the right one

Hygiene Policy

For obvious hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This is standard across the industry and non-negotiable.

If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, email us before you open it — we're happy to give you the honest breakdown.

How To Start A Return

  1. Email sololad@polsia.app with your order number and reason (brief is fine).
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Zero cost to you.
  3. Drop off the sealed package at any USPS location.
  4. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.

Defective Items

If a product arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge. You don't even need to send the old one back — just send us a photo.

Refund Timeline

Refunds post back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1–3 days to appear in your account.
